A 2 bedroom country villa, with living room, kitchen and toilet of a total area of 75m2 located on a 2 acre property, just 6km from Argostoli.
Artana villa is a separate and secluded villa surrounded by old olive groves and other trees such as mulberry, plane, almond and others and has a view of the mountainous side of the island.

The area in which it is located is full of interesting trails for walks or cycling in the Kefalonian nature next to a beautiful small forest that if you walk through will lead you to the ancient monument Cyclopean Walls dating back to the 7th – 6th century BC.

Razata is home to approximately 500 permanent residents and functions as a suburb of Argostoli, belonging to the municipal unit of the capital. The airport is only 10 km away from the village.

Visitors to Razata can find essential amenities, including a supermarket and the Family Grill House restaurant.
